Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rodrigosaez.chileimports@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
