ICONO by MORE is a premium extra virgin olive oil grown in the Atacama Desert of northern Chile — a place where the conditions are so extreme, so pure, and so unforgiving that the olives produced there are unlike anything else in the world.
The Atacama has no air pollution, no Mediterranean fruit fly, and no need for pesticides. The Copiapó River runs through the desert, providing underground water to the groves. The result is an olive that fights for survival — and in doing so, develops a fruit of extraordinary purity, aromatic intensity, and health properties that rival any oil on earth.

ICONO by MORE was founded by Gisselle Bracamonte, a Chilean entrepreneur who set out to bring this remarkable oil to the world's most discerning markets. After establishing ICONO as the best-selling Chilean olive oil in Japan and winning recognition across Tokyo, London and Latin America, Gisselle turned her attention to Australia — a market that shares her values of quality, provenance, and clean living.
In 2015, Rodrigo Saez visited the Atacama Desert as a traveller and never forgot it. Years later, backpacking through Australia and eventually calling Melbourne home, he discovered ICONO by MORE — an oil born in that exact place. He sent Gisselle an email. A few days later, she replied. ICONO by MORE Australia was born.
